Magical Product Swap

MrsStanfordsClass

I am so glad you have found your way to our product swap today!!  We are so excited to showcase some wonderful products to get your new school year off to a great start.  Be sure to go to each blog that is participating in the swap so you can check out all of the wonderful items at each one!

My partner is Andrea from the blog Reading Toward the Stars!  I am showcasing one of her emergent reader books.  You can find her blog by clicking on her button.  Be sure to go visit her when you are done on my blog because she will be showcasing something from me!!

Now, on to Andrea's cute little reader called Watch Out for the Frog!!
Andrea writes these cute little books and who couldn't use more books for their students?  I know I always need more books !  This book is about this cute frog and the little animals and insects around his pond.

This little book has a lot of preprimer and primer sight words in them for your emergent readers.  The text is supported by the pictures and is in a a repeating pattern to give them that extra support as they read.  You could have your students go through and find the sight words they are working on and highlight them as I did in the above picture.

You can also use this reader with students who are ready to focus on some blends.  I have highlighted some to show you.

Andrea even includes in her packet a page of word cards for your students to use!

I like that Andrea has included these cute and colorful picture cards with her reader.  For this book, these picture cards work well for a sequencing activity.

This little frog book is not the only emergent reader that Andrea has written.  She has MORE!  Click on the picture above and it will take you to her TpT store so you can follow her there and check out her other books and products!!  Andrea has a lot of different products in her store and you will want to be adding some to your wish list today!  :)

After you go check out Andrea's store head over to her blog so you can see what she has for you to check out from me!
