It is finally feeling like fall here. Not sure if I like that or not! I love fall...falling leaves, fire pits, warm drinks, sweaters, pumpkins. But not really the cold temperatures!
Our RtI groups are rolling right along and students are making progress. We are monitoring their progress by giving weekly assessments. We figure and draw goal lines on their graphs and if students aren't moving towards that goal line, it is time to adjust our instruction. RtI is very data driven at our school and we make lots of adjustments as we go to meet the needs of our students. If you want to download my plans for this week, just click on the picture. The resources are hyperlinked for you so you can find them!
Don't forget to link up with Mrs. Wills so we can see what is going on in your classroom this week!
I love books about fall! Okay, I just love books. But I like pulling out new books for the students to get excited about. This is a great collection of some old favorites and some new favorites. I really like using Apples and Pumpkins each year with my groups and the pictures in The Leaf Man are really cool!
Exciting and good news!!! Educents decided to extend the deal on the literacy bundle! Whoo hoo! This Sound Box Fun is just one of the fun packs included in it.
My Short Vowel Pack is also included. I use this pack SO much. It gets a huge workout with my RtI groups! It is kind of funny to see my old blog button on that picture. :) Click and of the bundle pictures to go check the bundle out. Did you know that there is also an amazing Second Grade Bundle??? You might want to take a look at that one while you are there!
Happy blessed Sunday everyone!
Lori, after your post about ABC books I found Alpha Oops- the ABC's of Halloween at the library and my kids loved it! I love your visual plans every week!

Everyone deServes to Learn
Maria, that sounds like an ABC book that I need! Thank you for recommending it. :)
DeleteI like that your rti is data-driven. I know my school could learn a lot from the way you run your rti process.

Tammy- I agree 100%. I love reading about the RTI process at Lori's school :)
DeleteI think that is the only way to run RtI for it to be truly effective. Thank you, Tammy, for your confidence in me!
DeleteThanks Bridget! That makes me feel good that people enjoy the RtI stuff that I post about. :)
