It's Currently time with Farley from Oh' Boy 4th Grade!!
It's a cold Friday here! I am so ready for spring time. We really haven't had much of winter, so I shouldn't complain. Normally we have lots of snow days. But we haven't had any snow to speak of this year. If it is just going to be cold, I just want to get on with it and get to spring time! I LOVE spring!
TpT is having a huge sale on Sunday! Be sure to use the code so you can get the maximum savings! Add to your wish lists now and start saving on Sunday between watching the game and all the great commercials. I hate being interrupted...I had one today when we were talking about quotation marks, and I turned to her and said "If you had let me finished, I would have gotten to that." Maybe she'll think next time before she interrupts!
At the rate things are moving along this year, I'm hoping spring will be here just as quickly as everything else has shown up! ❀ Tammy Forever in First
Lisa, being interrupted while teaching is so hard. I only have 30 minutes to teach each class so I feel like I have to book it to get it all in. Then if someone shows up at my door, it throws us way behind. :)
Kimberley Ann, I love the sour straws too. I am not a candy eater, but I like to have these once in a while. :) I visited your cute blog and left you a comment. Thanks for following me!
Yes, Tammy, things are moving so fast! Before we know it, it will be spring and then the end of the school year. Goes fast and I always feel like I have so much still to cover.
Well, I guess I shouldn't rub it in that it was almost 90 degrees here today, right!? :) I was doing a presentation for parents recently, the kids were singing in the classroom and we hear an announcement over the loudspeaker, everyone is just standing there--yes, welcome to my world! Interruptions were not in the brochure! :)
Hi Lori, I found your blog through Farley's Currently and I'm so excited to read more about your tips for struggling readers. I teach ESL and am doing my best to bridge that gap!
Ending the cold seems to be a theme! I couldn't agree more. Sick of it!

ReplyDeleteKaitly, some students just can't seem to hold themselves back from interrupting! :) My interruption was from a teacher needing something. :)
ReplyDeleteI know...I'm so tired of cold weather!!! I'm ready for beach weather:)
